Terms of Use

1. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. You must be able to form a legally binding contract under applicable law.
3. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.

1. The Service provides a VPN tunnel that helps protect data in transit between your device and the internet.
2. Performance varies based on network conditions; speeds and availability are not guaranteed.
3. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service to improve security, performance, or compliance.

1. Do not use the Service for unlawful activities or to violate applicable laws.
2. Do not attempt to disrupt the Service or access systems without authorization.
3. Do not distribute malware, perform phishing, or engage in abusive behavior.

1. Some features require an active subscription purchased through Apple’s In‑App Purchase system.
2. Subscriptions may auto‑renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; Apple may charge within 24 hours prior to renewal.
3. Manage/cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings after purchase.
4. Trials (if offered) convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
5. Prices vary by region and are shown in the App and App Store flow. We do not process payments directly.

1. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies and procedures.
2. We cannot issue refunds directly for purchases processed by Apple, but you may contact support for help.
3. If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
4. Any information provided for refund review is limited to what is reasonably necessary and is not used for advertising.

1. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Please review it carefully.
2. We do not sell personal information and do not share VPN browsing activity for targeted advertising.

1. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation or absolute security.
3. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Apple for the subscription during the 12 months prior to the claim (or the minimum required by law).
